Defining stakeholders
Defining stakeholders is part of creating a business application. Creating a business application involves:
- Assigning a name
- Assigning key attributes
- Building the business architecture
- Building the technical architecture
- Defining the business objectives
- Defining the application team
- Defining stakeholders
Complete Assigning a name, Assigning Key Attributes, Building the business architecture, Building the technical architecture, Defining the business objectives, and Defining the application team if you have not already done so.
To define stakeholders:
- Select the business application from the Home page, select the Overview tab, and then select the Stakeholders sub-tab.
- Click + Manage Stakeholders.
- Use the resulting dialog box to select business objectives from the User Library pane to the Current Members pane, and then click Submit.
- Click Save.
