Defining stakeholders

Defining stakeholders is part of creating a business application. Creating a business application involves:

  • Assigning a name
  • Assigning key attributes
  • Building the business architecture
  • Building the technical architecture
  • Defining the business objectives
  • Defining the application team
  • Defining stakeholders

Complete Assigning a name, Assigning Key Attributes, Building the business architecture, Building the technical architecture, Defining the business objectives, and Defining the application team if you have not already done so.

To define stakeholders:

  1. Select the business application from the Home page, select the Overview tab, and then select the Stakeholders sub-tab.
  2. Click + Manage Stakeholders.
  3. Use the resulting dialog box to select business objectives from the User Library pane to the Current Members pane, and then click Submit.
  4. Click Save.
